Once upon thyme there was a young girl who loved to cook! From early on, she had a true passion for food. Whether she was baking with her mother or planning the most elaborate family dinner parties, she always loved to mix ingredients and create not just unique food dishes, but really make magic in the kitchen. Once she was tall enough to reach the stove, there was no stopping her. There was no end to her magical creations and experiments that her family had the “privilege” of trying. There was no doubt that when she grew up she would be a chef.
She attended St. Clair College for Chef Training and has worked all over Windsor & Essex County, Ottawa, and Toronto, learning and building on her skills and talents. She achieved her Red Seal certification and continues to travel all over to find inspiration and new ideas. Even with years of experience, she believes in always working to improve on her craft. She is now ready to start the next chapter…a place to call her own!
